Ingredients Needed

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped small
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Preparing the Quiche

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two 9-inch deep dish pie shells with parchment paper or aluminum foil and then set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the flaked salmon and broccoli and mix until fully combined. Place the salmon and broccoli mix in the bottom of each pie shell, then set aside.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Slowly pour the egg mixture into each pie shell, ensuring that the egg mixture fully covers the salmon and broccoli.

Baking the Quiche

Bake the quiche in the 375-degree oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges of the quiche are golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
