  7. Sift together the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour, and baking powder into another bowl and add to the wet mixture.
  8. Mix until everything is combined. If you’re adding nuts, fold them into the batter.
  9. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling the cups about 2/3 full.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until done.
